Return Policy
J&J Electric will be glad to accept returns/exchanges on in-stock items if you are not satisfied for any reason. Special order items, items that are normally not in stock, are returnable but will be subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee according to the manufacturer of the return item. Shipment charges for returned items are at the expense of the customer not J&J. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Under any circumstance, returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Items that are returned must be in their original packaging, in new condition and never have been installed with the exception of manufacturer's defect. Please have your original receipt at the time of the return. No items will be returned without a proof of purchase. Once we have authorization of the return we will credit you the amount of the product, less the original shipping and restocking, in the method of payment originally used. All sales on clearance items are final without exception. J&J reserves the right to refuse returns or charge restocking according to their own discretion.

Shipping Charges
Most of the internet sales through J&J Electric are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

For most special orders, shipping and handling fees apply for the entire travel time of the purchase, from manufacturer to the customer. Shipping and handling charges are based on the package dimension, weight, origin of the manufacturer and the customer's shipping address. A drop shipment fee may also apply depending on the manufacturers requirements. If items are purchased from a manufacturer that does not drop-ship, the items will be delivered to our showroom location. From our showroom, the items can be picked-up or shipped to the customer at the customer’s expense. Contact J&J for further information on shipment charges.

Shipping Damage
Upon receipt of online purchases, inspect immediately. If there is shipping damage to your purchase, a claim must be filed with the shipping company. J&J Electric does not take responsibility for items damaged in shipping.

Special Orders
Items that are not normally in stock are considered special orders. Shipping and handling fees
apply to most special orders. Special orders are only returnable within 30 days and are subject to 25%-50% restocking. Shipping fees to return the item to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer not J&J. Any original shipping and handling or drop ship fees are non-refundable.
